Areas to improve for ultimate success

  • Putting yourself first.
Ask yourself, does this actually make me happy? If not, why am I doing it?
  • Self care.
Are you looking after yourself? Eating well, exercising, getting 7‐9 hours of sleep, taking time to relax?
  • Self love.
What do you think about yourself? What do you say to yourself? Are they positive or negative thoughts and words?
  • Gratitude.
Nothing changes the mind from negative to positive thinking like the power of gratitude.
  • Seeing a different perspective.
That realization that we can see everything in life as a lesson to learn from or a blessing to enjoy.
  • Strong personal boundaries.
Set and maintain them, do not allow them to be crossed. Feelings of anger tells you your boundary has been crossed!
  • Stop the People‐Pleasing.
We do this for a number of reasons: to be liked, to be loved, to be valued, to prove ourselves, to receive validation from others. However, this leads to our self‐worth based on what we can do for others, not who we truly are.
  • Figure out who you truly are and who you want to be.
What goals do you want to reach? Where to do you want to be in 6 months, 1 year, 5 years?
  • Shed those outdated and limiting beliefs that are holding you back.
You’d be surprised at how many conscious and subconscious beliefs you have aren’t yours! They are beliefs society accepts or beliefs your family has taught to you. Ask yourself, do these beliefs fit into the life I want to create?
  • Reduce the mind chatter.
A quiet mind allows us to tap into our inner knowing, our heart center, our true self.
  • Change negative thought patterns into positive ones.
This is done by stopping the mind mid thought and redirecting it.
  • Live in Present‐Future rather than Past‐Present thinking.
Living in the Past‐Present means the future will bring nothing new, just a repeat of the past. Living in the Present‐Future allows you to create the future you want while enjoying the present.
  • Seeing the glass as half full rather than half empty.
Always be the optimist! Expect good things.
