Our brain is like a sponge. 

It absorbs EVERYTHING whether we are aware of it or not. That is why it is important to cultivate a positive environment. Everything we hear, see, touch, smell and even sense is interpreted and used by our brain to determine our actions, beliefs and responses. A negative environment creates negative feelings. A positive environment creates positive feelings.

Our brain is like a computer. 

It is programable. Unfortunately, we consume massive amounts of negatively and our default setting is negative. This is how your ancestors kept alive during caveman times, always looking for risk/hazards/danger. However, we no longer live in an environment that is trying hard to kill us and our brains are in need of an upgrade. The good news is we can control the input to upgrade our brains with positivity to live a happier life.

Because our brain is like a computer and programable, let’s install the programming codes that generate happiness. Every thought you think, word you speak, sentence you write inputs coding into your brain. That is why it is imperative that the thoughts we think in our mind and our words we send out into the world are in alignment with the feelings and the vibration of that we want to experience.

The Energy of Happiness

Everything is energy when you break it down to the smallest part. Our universe is run on energy. I am energy, you are energy, that chair you are sitting on is energy, the words you speak are energy, the thoughts in your head are energy, the intension behind that tv show you are watching is energy.

Every energy vibrates at a frequency correlating to an emotion. So if you want to feel love and happiness, you need to vibrate at the frequency. You need to raise your body’s vibrational energy to one of love, joy, peace.

This is heart based living rather than brain based living. Heart based living comes from your true-self, what you truly want out of life.
